whoa i almost missed your post.
i dont go Internet read every post every day because a lot of porn post here.
when i dont see orange letter pop up on top corner, i leave.
suggest you to quote and notify me when convenient.

back to your question,
i have only worked with CSL once so not very accurate on that.
CSL: ceramic, 9H, up to 5 yrs if topped, squeaky needs topped by 1.5 yrs EXO
they have CS and CSB
OC: SiC, approx 50x harder than 9H, permanent, squeaky needs topped
I my last OC, so I either use OGC or OCP
PBL: ceramic, no hardness, up to 3 yrs, super slick
very very slick, i have yet to see any coating slicker than this

P.S.: i have account on OC and PBL, so choice is obvious.
P.S.2: my car has factory ceramic clearcoat exclusiv to Mercedes Benz. will get ceramic glass done in HK soon next month.. they are better than anything I have seen on market.
YMMV, try and share ur results!
PM me to borrow polisher + vacuum + power supply!

    Autogeek does not have Opti-coat.
You need to have a pro account to buy Opti-coat.

Windscreen, I just purchased Mercedes Benz ceramic fluorite coating.
In the video reference above, you can see it is much stronger than Opti-coat.
YMMV, try and share ur results!

reference video above showing exclusiv coating on glass.
it is much stronger than anything on market - opti-coat glass.

if a detailer tell you an OOOO, VVV or ((+)) is using factory ceramic coating,
most likely he has no idea what he is talking about.
YMMV, try and share ur results!

    Hi lemon999,

The Opti coat 2.0 you are interested is now called Optimum Gloss Coat.  It's easily avail from any Optimum Polymer Technologies reseller as one of their consumer products; Autogeek is one of the many online shops you can source this from in both 10cc and 20cc syringes.  Gloss Coat supercedes OC 2.0 and has more gloss and less grippy/grabby in terms of the finish.

Opti coat pro and Opti coat pro+ are pro installed products via Optimum's authorised installers worldwide.  They do not sell their pro only products to privateers or just any detailing shops that has not gone thru the vetting and training process.  Nor do they allow their dealers/installers to resell the pro products to privateers uninstalled.  Their pro/pro+ coatings come with a warranty, product registration card and the installed vehicle's VIN number and product serial number logged at OPT HQ.  In Australia the warranty period is 5 years for the pro and 7 years for the pro+.

They changed the name from Opti Coat 2.0 to Optimum Gloss Coat to avoid confusion cos it most certainly did.  It made it sounds newer and superior to the pro version Opti Coat Pro to many.  And they now reserve the Opti Coat name for the Pro/Pro+ Silica Carbide based coating, with the consumer grade coating called Optimum GC and the trade grade ( ie for car dealers ) coating called Optimum Paint Guard.

All the best with applying GC, it's so easy to apply and best of all non toxic and solvent free.  Self levelling and the high spots all ready to be knocked down once you see 80% flash off has taken place.
